    • POSITION TITLE: Graphics & Marketing Assistant

      GapVax, Inc. is a Johnstown, PA manufacturer of vacuum trucks and equipment. All trucks and equipment must be decaled with proper safety warnings, cautions, and optional graphics.

      The graphics and marketing department is responsible for installing graphics and safety decals on all GapVax units built at our facility. All decals and customer graphics are printed in-house on a Roland VerscaCamm print and cut machine. Once the GapVax equipment is tested and washed, the marketing department photographs the units, recording all decals installed and includes the custom made owner’s manuals before the vacuum equipment heads off to the customer.

      The GapVax marketing department is fast paced, detail oriented, and includes a variety of responsibilities. From customized owner’s manuals to the safety decals, photographing all equipment, advertising, video creation, social media, providing marketing materials to a nationwide dealer network and second location in Texas, and more – GapVax does it all in-house.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      1. Create/Print/Install graphics and decals on all trucks and equipment.
      2. Print/stock decals for any incoming orders.
      3. Print/Edit/Update GapVax Owner's Manual for each unit built.
      4. Photograph all equipment new and used.
      5. Update website as needed.
      6. Update social media sites.
      7. Work at different work stations as production requires.
      8. Assist Marketing Manager with tasks as required.

      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE:

      1. High school diploma or GED. Technical or vocational schooling preferred.
      2. Computer skills should include Photoshop and CorelDraw, Microsoft Office.
      3. Ability to read, understand, and follow directions.
      4. Ability to work as a team and independently as required.
      5. Ability to communicate clearly.
