We're seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Assistant Financial Coordinator in our dynamic company. Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process payroll, ensuring timely payments.
- Manage travel & expense reports, verifying expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized records of payroll and expense transactions for auditing purposes.
- Provide assistance and support regarding payroll and expense inquiries.
- Keep office in presentable conditions at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably with a focus on payroll and/or expense management.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- A sense of humor is appreciated and contributes to our positive work environment.

- Competitive salary ranging from $12.00 to $18.00 per hour.
- Full-time position with hours from 11 AM to 7:30 PM.

- Location: Lexington, KY 40517 (Reliable commuting or planning to relocate is required).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay, Commission pay.
- Preferred Experience: Microsoft Office – 1 year, Administrative experience – 1 year.
