Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Oversee office operations and ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and HR or Payroll Software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail with exceptional proofreading skills.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
