Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations for our Energy and Solar Programs.
Duties:
- Assist in occasional recruiting for organic offices and sending attendance roster every morning to each team.
- Conduct basic data entry tasks such as keeping track of sales reports for each team, posting daily sales in Google Sheets and relaying information to Director of Sales, etc.
- Utilize Google and Microsoft products for various administrative tasks (Mostly Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Balance daily communication with Managers and other corporate staff.
- Handle the process of obtaining permits for different cities our teams are in across the country.
- Handle all compliance issues between managers and clients.
- Onboarding of all agents and new teams for programs.
- Relaying accurate program details to all managers.
- Handle any in-field issues agents/managers run into.
- Previous experience with administrative side of Energy and/or Solar programs is a plus!
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in very fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
- Excellent communication skills
