We are seeking a motivated and skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team and help drive our social media presence to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social platforms to maintain a strong online community.
- Utilize social media management tools such as Sprout Social and HubSpot to schedule and analyze posts, track engagement metrics, and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the CEO, and CMO to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize social media strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred, but not necessary), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Demonstrated experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social and HubSpot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
