We a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our Marketing Department.

This key leader will develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. This position will include leading the traditional media strategy spanning TV and radio; and driving performance marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, email marketing, social and content marketing.

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Develop, implement and execute the overall marketing strategy for the organization
• Develop new strategies to drive leads and acquire customers Drive the traditional media strategy – including billboards, TV, radio, among others
• Manage efficient growth, measuring performance across KPIs and use analytics to continuously measure results (across omni-channel media)
• Manage external resources across paid media, creative, content marketing, social strategy, video and campaign management
• Build, strengthen and leverage media relationships to achieve notable media placements and drive increased coverage of the organization
• Optimize performance across all channels driving efficient growth. Measure impact of media investments and communications driving performance against growth goals
• Identify/analyze trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 5 years of Digital Marketing experience
• Experience managing an internal marketing department.
• Google Analytics experience
• Attribution experience
• OTT experience
• Monthly budget over 100,000
• Strong analytical skills with ability to demonstrate data interpretation
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage marketing budgets (strong marketing operations skillset)
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Superior leadership skills including team leadership, thought leadership, problem solving and collaboration
