Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals and values, driving brand awareness and revenue growth across our seven brands.
- Act as a Website Coordinator, ensuring our digital presence is robust, SEO-optimized, and reflective of our brand’s voice and values.
- Oversee all aspects of social media marketing, from strategy to execution, engaging our community and expanding our digital footprint.
- Lead media relations and communications, crafting press releases, and managing inquiries to promote our brands positively and proactively.
- Serve as the lead Photographer and Videographer, creating high-quality visual content that showcases our products and tells our story.
- Write, edit, and oversee the production of engaging and informative ad newsletters, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.
- Direct content creation across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and attractive brand image that resonates with our target audience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the cannabis industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of website management, social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising strategies.
- Excellent photography and videography skills, with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with experience in copywriting and content creation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
