As a Part Time Sales Communication Agent with the Kellanova Sales Solutions Team you will be providing Excellent Service.

Expert Advice. to our Retail Sales Field. This hands-on experience will allow you to nurture your professional career by being self-motivated, having a hunger to learn, and to be agile.

This position will be up to 25 hours per week and onsite in Battle Creek, MI.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting our Retail Sales Field with Communications and Ways of Working.
• Answer phone calls and emails from our Retail Sales Field employees.
• Assisting with tech projects and assignments such as hardware, software, mobile troubleshooting, and communications.
• Executing Administrative tasks such as new hire kits, s hipping and receiving field sales equipment in office.
• Documenting processes for all Sales Solutions pillars in call center, onboarding, technology, and ways of working.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Must be able to work On Site in Battle Creek, Michigan.
• High School Degree or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 : Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• iPad / mobile app support
• Retail Sales field experience
