Marketing Communication Manager manages the implementation of the marketing communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters. Designs, develops, and distributes consistent themes, messaging, and branding throughout all communication touch points. Being a Marketing Communication Manager understands products, customers, and industry and develops focused communications in collaboration with organizational stakeholders across functions. Oversees efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials. Additionally, Marketing Communication Manager explores and adopts new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications. May oversee the planning and execution of trade shows and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Develops the internal and external resources required for communication program delivery. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Marketing Communication Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Marketing Communication Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Online Lead Manager

    The Online Lead Manager(OLM) is an incredibly valuable member of our Sales Team at DOPE Marketing. The Online Lead Manager is responsible for catching and qualifying the dozens of online leads coming into the DOPE Pipeline through different channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Messenger, Shopify and our Websites.

    The Online Lead Manager will respond to incoming leads, qualify each lead, enter their information into HubSpot and send the lead into the DOPE Prospecting pipeline to be moved to our SDR and Sales Team.

    This position is perfect for someone with strengths in communication, marketing and organization with a desire to get in on the ground floor of a growing and fast paced tech start up here in the Twin Cities.

    The Online Lead Manager role is an entry level position in marketing and sales. This position has the opportunity to grow into a marketing OR sales role at DOPE Marketing. .

    In the Online Lead Manager role, you will;

    • Respond to inquiries on DOPE’s website and Social Media platforms
    • Respond to comments and messages in order to qualify clients
    • Collect client information to enter into Hubspot
    • Assist prospects in immediate/urgent transactions on Print, Demos and Postcards
    • Interact regularly with software tools including DOPE360, Hubspot, Zapier, Google suite, Monday and Slack
    • Manage your time effectively, keeping regular communication and meetings with customers to ensure adoption of key features and supporting use the DOPE platform
    • Document all interaction with the customer on their HubSpot account

    Experience/Requirements/Qualifications:

    This is an entry-level or junior position prefect for recent college grads, marketing or communication majors, professionals looking for a new career or applicants looking to be a part of a fast paced start-up environment

    Experience and/or training with, Communications, Marketing, Sales, SaaS and/or Hubspot/Salesforce is a huge plus.

    If you do not have the experience, but have shown skills to do the job, training will be provided to ensure your success in this position.

    Training and Expectations for this role

    DOPE Marketing prides itself on communication. You will go through 3 weeks of onboarding and training to get you acclimated with the Print products we offer, DOPE 2.0 software, HubSpot and the other internal systems used at DOPE.

    Our tech stack includes; HubSpot, Monday.com, Slack, and the Google Suite.
