As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to join us and serve as a liaison between sales and all departments.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Management:
Oversee inbound lead routing and tracking. Ensure consistency in CRM input, Asana tracking, and consistency of presale requests.
Monitor and flag overdue tasks within Asana to ensure timely follow-up and action.
CRM Management:
Manage and maintain the CRM system (currently HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Work with the sales team to ensure contact information and outreach notes remain up to date.
Manage Proposals:
Assist in the proposal process using Proposify & help with proposal/system maintenance.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs.
Manage the Audit and Upsell Process:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities with existing clients.
Facilitate the upsell process, including proposal creation, negotiation, and pipeline inclusion.
Internal Marketing Efforts:
Oversee internal marketing efforts ensuring target audience and key selling points are clear.
Liaison for sales initiatives identified as opportunities for existing clients.
Cross Department Collaboration & Client Onboarding:
Attend department meetings as the voice of the Sales team.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales and business development efforts across the company.
Qualifications:
