Marketing Communications Specialist jobs in Huntington, NY

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, the CRM Admissions Operations and Communications Specialist will provide Slate support and execution of all communications coordinated by the Admissions Office. This position will also be responsible for providing support to the document processing team related to document and application management.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for executing and maintaining CRM (Slate) communication plans, ad-hoc messaging, and related processes for prospective students at varying stages of the Admissions process.
• Work collaboratively with Admissions, Transfer Services, and Marketing and Communications team to implement CRM-based communications to suspects, prospects, applicants and admitted students.
• Assist in the creation of events in Slate and executes event-related communications.
• Create and maintain communication-related reports to determine effectiveness of enrollment efforts.
• Create and maintain documentation related to principal duties.
• Assist the Admissions Processing team with daily document management, data entry, decision processing & application updating, & develop related documentation.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 2 years of related experience in Admissions utilizing Technolutions Slate CRM, or similar program.
• Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
• Attentive to detail and ability to transition between multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and customer services skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Banner.
• HTML, Javascript, CSS knowledge.
• Slate experience utilizing Technolutions Slate CRM.
• Graduate of Farmingdale State College.

This is a full-time UUP position.

• For the first 10 working days, beginning Friday, September 29, 2023 and ending Thursday, October 12, 2023, applications will be limited to UUP Farmingdale.

• Salary: $55,000 $3,026 in downstate location pay = $58,026 Total Annual Compensation.
