**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content and executing communications plans for various internal needs, supporting attorney client relations and business development needs to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
This role requires a creative individual with a passion for marketing and excellent communication skills.
As the Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will:
- Help drive communications by pushing key strategic messages.
- Write and maintain all attorney’s bios and directories.
- Lead onboarding initiatives for all new attorneys including the development of bio, press release and internal announcements.
- Develop and maintain mailing lists, contact lists, client profiles and other pertinent client information through CRM software.
- Create and deliver communications content including e-newsletters, marketing and collateral material, and press releases.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that communications are timely and relevant.
- Assist with the planning and logistics of on-site and off-site events and activities including content development of marketing and promotional materials for events.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on legal marketing
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines and demands in a fast-paced law firm and/or corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable leading conversations and gathering information.
- Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters, press releases, bios, and presentations.
