CTEC is looking for qualified candidates to fill an open Communications Specialist Role for one of our Clients- LANL in Los Alamos NM.
As an AEM Forms Author at LANL, you will work directly with stakeholders to design and implement web based forms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers and other staff, to migrate PDF based forms into web based forms. You will use your expertise to design and implement an improved user experience in this new online platform.
Technical Knowledge
To be a successful candidate, you will havebasic understanding of UX/UI; thorough understanding of web based form elements (radio buttons, check-boxes, etc.)
ability to distill complex requirements into functional designs;
basic understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS);
ability to collaborate with customers, technical and non-technical staff;
ability to create interactive prototypes using Figma; and
ability to work with, support, and advance LANL’s existing design systems, style guides, and web component libraries.
Technical communication
In this role, you will need good written and oral communication skills and be able to understand and interpret technical and business requirements.
Customer service
You must have the ability to communicate professionally, cordially and effectively with customers and colleagues.
Education/Experience: This position requires a bachelor’s degree in design, interaction design, information architecture or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
