Scope of Position:
Coordinate advertising, marketing, and communications programs to engage Impact 360 Institute’s audiences, foster annual growth, and position Impact 360 Institute as a market leader in Biblical Worldview education.
Reports to: Associate Director, Marketing and Communications
Responsibilities:
1. Develop advertising, creative content, marketing campaigns, and sponsorship initiatives to enable the growth of the Impact 360 brand.
2. Manage ongoing advertising campaigns and partnerships to ensure annual on-campus enrollment goals are met.
3. Supervise the Organizational Leadership Residents to assist in the marketing and communications work of Impact 360 Institute.
4. Coordinate Impact 360’s content and CMS (WordPress) platform through engaging email campaigns, social media content, podcast platforming, and overall website content management, consistent optimization, and omni-channel improvements.
5. Coordinate various content and copywriting projects to promote Impact 360 and communicate key messages with stakeholders.
6. Oversee vendor relationships for content creation and provide regular updates to core channels.
7. Select and procure promotional materials, program onboarding and lead nurturing packages, and other marketing related applications.
Requirements:
1. An evangelical believer practicing an active faith in a New Testament-based denomination and is in unreserved agreement with the Institute’s Statement of Faith and Biblical Conduct and Lifestyle Standards. Must support the vision, values, philosophy, and community standards of Impact 360 Institute.
2. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience in marketing and communications.
3. Proficiency in CMS management and authoring, preferably WordPress.
4. Proficiency in social advertising strategy and content creation on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn business tools.
5. Fluency in marketing copywriting.
6. Proficiency in the design and sourcing of printed marketing materials and goods.
7. Proficiency in creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
8. Experience developing digital lead generation campaigns and lead nurturing.
9. Demonstrated design experience, with fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (inDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
10. Demonstrated expertise in photography and videography, ability to capture content and direct creative teams.

12. Demonstrated strong organization and coordination skills, proactive ability to anticipate and prioritize tasks, and excellent attention to detail.

15. Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and the ability to learn other computer
