    Position Overview:
    The Marketing Coordinator will provide support to the ProVia marketing department in the areas of Product Marketing, customer projects, surveys, co-op initiatives and general marketing support. This person will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers on several projects to help strengthen the company’s overall marketing presence for homeowners and our dealer and distributor customer base.
    • Minimal travel required. (Between ProVia facilities or to visit customers.)
    What you’ll work on:
    • Manage content uploads to the Digital Content Hub by selecting and curating photos and videos for use in marketing materials, campaigns, and online platforms.
    • Generate leads for photography opportunities. Coordinate with ProVia’s photographer to set expectations for the photo shoot and deliver high quality visuals.
    • Administer customer surveys using a survey platform. Analyze survey data and provide insights for marketing strategy improvement.
    • Plan and execute drip email campaigns to engage and nurture leads for ProVia customers. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
    • Coordinate the creation and distribution of custom marketing materials for ProVia customers by collaborating with the graphic design team to ensure effective visual communication.
    • Follow up with homeowners for product photo submissions; and provide relevant social media information to the Social Media Specialist.
    • Enhance showroom aesthetics by actively contributing to the planning and design of customer showrooms, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure visually appealing showroom displays that align with ProVia's marketing strategies.
    • Work with the marketing team to help develop and execute print and digital advertising campaigns.
    • Lead the approval process for customer-submitted co-op marketing initiatives. Contribute to the establishment of an in-house co-op pre-approval process that helps maintain brand guidelines and our co-op program policies.
    • Manage and update general marketing materials for ProVia as needed by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure information accuracy.
