We have an excellent opportunity for an individual to join our sales team focused on selling material handling solutions. This position includes support for multiple branches while working out of a central location in Phoenixville. The candidate must be capable of multi-tasking and comfortable with a fast-paced environment. This coordinator will support the outside sales representatives, be responsible for maintaining some aspects of the company website, as well as social media interaction.
· This individual will support the outside sales staff with quotes for various material handling solutions. Products are sold in a B2B environment.
· Work with vendors and suppliers regarding material handling products. Create purchase orders, track shipments, control inventory of various marketing materials.
· Recognize opportunities to upsell our customers and introduce new solutions to the sales team.
· Maintain aspects of the company website and all social media interaction.
· Assist with tracking leads from company website and outside sources
· Develop strategies to help sell deeper into existing accounts – broadening relationships further
· Update CRM system with appropriate notes/files
Requirement:
· 4-year degree preferred; career experience will be considered in lieu of
· Minimum of 2 years of experience
· Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
