The Marketing Coordinator will need to possess strong leadership, communication, and multimedia skills to ensure the brand is being upheld to the highest standards.
Spearhead campaigns and communications across a diverse range of channels including newsletters, websites, social media, and paid advertising.
Develop content-gathering initiatives, capture & edit engaging photos and video, and coordinate with freelance photographers.
Ensure the accuracy and freshness of information across the website, social media, and other online platforms.
Foster positive relations with community partners while promoting brand values.
Support event management and promotions.
Represent Willamette Pass Resort as a brand ambassador and customer service representative in all digital and in-person communications.
Regularly work with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, WordPress, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics/Data Studio.
Work on weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, with the potential for additional responsibilities.
A passion for skiing or snowboarding is vital, with intermediate terrain skills being a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Must be available to work at least 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
