Who You Are:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who shares our passion for creating memorable experiences through events and understands the importance of giving back to the community. You will play a key role in connecting our law firm with Gator fans, alumni, and local residents through impactful marketing campaigns and engaging community events. Your creativity and organizational skills will be invaluable in this role.

Your Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that engage both Gator fans and local communities across various channels

● Manage timelines for campaigns, events, and initiatives to ensure flawless execution

● Design eye-catching graphics and content that align with the firm’s brand

● Coordinate with Social Media and Marketing teams to optimize strategies and campaigns

● Oversee production of the monthly community newsletter using Adobe InDesign

● Manage all data for newsletter mailing list, email list and internal file marketing files

● Assist in planning and execution of community and Gator-themed events, including logistics and promotion

● Manage promotional item inventory, place reorders, and maintain detailed records

● Analyze campaign and event performance, providing strategic insights

● Oversee production and execution of email marketing campaigns

● Handle day-to-day marketing tasks and projects with precision and professionalism

● Stay updated on trends and innovations to strengthen outreach and engagement

Your Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

● 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or event coordination

● Excellent project management and organizational abilities

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Experience with marketing tools, email, CMS, and design platforms

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
