Overview

Stellar is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate team. The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing Team and Director of Marketing to coordinate and organize diverse marketing efforts for our company.

Responsibilities

• Supporting all internal divisions’ marketing needs
• Developing advertising campaigns and marketing collateral
• Designing collateral materials in InDesign & Photoshop
• Work with outside agencies and freelance copywriters, designers and other specialists to achieve marketing objectives
• Provide insight and expertise on marketing strategies and best practices
• Website optimization and lead generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing
• Experience managing outside agencies and freelance copywriters, designers, and other specialists preferred
• Superior communications skills, both written and oral
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Adobe design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Salesforce and Hubspot a plus
