    WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
    The International Coordinator provides administrative support to the VP and their direct reports as well to the entire department. This includes, but is not limited to, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, ordering supplies, distributing mail, handling correspondence, making travel arrangements, filing, generating and reconciling expense reports, creating presentation slides and developing and managing spreadsheets. The incumbent must work independently and must maintain confidentiality when working with company and employee information. The incumbent will also complete special assignments that require technical skills and problem solving.


    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Onboarding accounts
    • Closing Accounts
    • Sample management
    • Responsible for building/maintaining the buying calendar
    • Placing orders for HEB
    • Placing orders for other accounts and resolving any pre-processor errors
    • Credit Requests
    • Managing Hot Flash emails
    • Pulling T-codes for inventory levels in SAP
    • Sending out shipment reports to customers
    • Pulling Commercial Invoices when requested.
    • Travel booking (primarily international but some domestic) and expense reporting
    • Customer HQ visit coordination (catering, meeting invites, etc)
    • Overseas meeting coordination (infrequent and for larger things like an annual Summit)
    • Ad hoc requests (scheduling larger team meetings, credit card limit increases, ordering business cards, etc

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Two years of professional work experience in an office setting

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook. etc.)
    • Previous Hallmark experience a plus
    • Great multi-tasking and organization skills
    • Detail oriented
