Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Regular website updates, and content creation
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform social media strategy
- Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance
- Find and coordinate participation in relevant events for the business to participate in
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Proficient in photography, video and social media editing (reels, stories, etc), and proofreading
- Familiarity with web design principles and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
