About the Role: The position is responsible for:

• coordinating the storage and fulfillment of promotional items located at DFW and satellite warehouses
• counting and inspecting items received
• packing/shipping orders and coordinating shipping methods to provide the best service for the cost
• cycle counting inventory and reconciling discrepancies
• driving the company vehicle(s) for special events and board meetings
• assisting with the maintenance of the office facilities and grounds, including room set up for meetings
• supporting the Manager by ensuring that vehicles are maintained according to schedule and records are current and correct

About You: Candidates must have:

• a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in facilities management or warehouse operations.
• judgement to solve day-to day problems within established guidelines
• well-developed communication skills to deal with staff, vendors and customers.
• strong work management skills and the ability to efficiently and effectively work with all members of our organization
• basic computer experience need to be able to type accurately and quickly to keep up with inventory orders
• positively contribute to the culture here at DFW by being hungry, humble and smart.
• the ability to lift up to 70 pounds

About the Job & Benefits: This position is located on-site at DFW’s office in Madison, WI. Hours are Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm. Compensation consists of a competitive hourly wage and benefits package that includes a company-funded 401k plan.
