Description

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule resources, including technicians, equipment, and materials, for project execution. 
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle,  providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues. 
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any  deviations from the plan. 
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports. 
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 
• Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractor services as needed. 
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success. 
• Support project managers in the resolution of any project-related disputes or conflicts. 

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or management in the HVAC industry. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple  projects simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact  effectively with clients, team members, and external partners. 
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. 
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment is advantageous. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
