Job Summary

• SUPPORT: Assists in the implementation and execution of marketing/branding strategy by helping organize, manage, and improve core processes and procedures essential in advancing the organization's marketing program; under direction of marketing leadership works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization to achieve desired objectives.
• REPORTING: Provides comprehensive reporting compiled from analytics, key metrics, campaigns, and additional digital marketing activities; synthesizes, analyzes, and summarizes data from reporting to offer insight.
• CONTENT: Composes, proofreads, edits copy, and for website (WordPress), newsletters, internal & external marketing collateral, and various marketing channels; creates, designs, and arranges visual graphic content.
• DIGITAL MARKETING: Monitors, evaluates, and optimizes the performance of digital campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing coordination or similar role with a firm grasp of traditional/digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
• Resourceful and highly organized self-starter capable of prioritizing, advancing, and meeting deadlines on multiple projects independently and remotely.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to grammar and accuracy.
• Skilled in creative design and layout with experience utilizing InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Skilled in analyzing, interpreting, and creating reports based on metrics compiled from analytical observations and marketing lead management/tracking tools.
• Some experience/knowledge building/optimizing search/campaign ads.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Working knowledge of platforms like WordPress, SharePoint, Constant Contact, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, and Final Cut.
• Some photo, video, and editing experience preferred.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
