Objective: Develop, implement and optimize performance of national and local marketing communications to include social media, CRM, local marketing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Support Director of Marketing in managing national marketing calendar, campaigns and promotions for Pure Barre studios.
● Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, partnerships and plans to build brand awareness and drive new leads to Pure Barre studios including social media, regional and local studio marketing, partnerships, retail and promotions.
● Work with Director of Marketing to develop marketing promotions including member challenges, retention programs, new membership sales, retail promotions and new class launches.
● Contribute to the creative development and copywriting of marketing communications: creative brief, email communications, social media content, point of sale materials, promotional and rollout materials.
● Co-manage national social media calendar development and posting.
● Contribute to the development of studio-level social media strategies, calendar and best practices.
● Other duties as assigned.
