Marketing Coordinator jobs in Portland, OR

Marketing Coordinator coordinates and implements marketing communications projects. Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, special events, and conferences to showcase products and amplify messaging. Being a Marketing Coordinator creates consistent themes, messaging, and branding in all communication touch points, including advertising and social media. Sources and develops content and visual collateral for campaigns. Additionally, Marketing Coordinator tracks projects and prepares status reports for stakeholders. Liaises with the media, vendors, and internal sales and product teams. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Marketing Coordinator work is closely managed. Parts Coordinator
  • Auto Parts Coordinator
  • Portland, OR FULL_TIME
  • Responsibilities:

    • Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, in accordance with center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner
    • Check in, tag, and distribute parts immediately upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries
    • Verify correct parts with mirror match
    • Distribute parts to Parts Carts/Containers and deliver to workstations
    • Post and scan parts
    • Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts
    • Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, and credits) and follow up as necessary
    • Complete parts “hot runs” as necessary
    • Maintain pending credits at zero
    • Keep work area clean and well organized

    Qualifications:

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Valid Driver's License Required
    • Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person
    • Strong organizational skills
    • General parts knowledge preferred
    • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
    • Successful completion of background check required

    Demands & Environment:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, and is required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time. The employee may occasionally be required to reach with hands, arms and move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. In addition, abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned is required.
