• Assist with culture, public-relations, and marketing responsibilities, which may include employee appreciation, community donations, advertising, printing materials, events, trade shows, and occasional sales support.
• Coordinate with outside vendors to perform various marketing functions and ordering of premium giveaways.
• Facilitate purchase of Eastern-branded giveaway items, organize marketing assets, and maintain current understanding of inventory.
• Provides administrative support, including credit card reconciliation, to Brand & Marketing Manager, Director of Public Relations, and VP of Business Development and Marketing.
• Write effectively using various styles to address different needs and audiences.
• Write and distribute press releases with the support of the Brand & Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with various team members to write, design, and distribute a monthly employee newsletter.
• Develop and maintain financial databases for marketing expenses and community donations.
• Administer and track all Chamber of Commerce and professional organization memberships including the annual renewals, Eastern attendance at events, and communication to Energy Consultants.
• Demonstrates the ability to work as a team
• Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned.
