Marketing Coordinator jobs in Rochester, NY

Position description:

The successful candidate will join our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. This person will collaborate with sales team members to assist in execution of marketing activities across the US. This will include areas of POS development, sales support materials, and promotional material procurement. The candidate reports directly to the Director of Marketing; responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform a range of marketing support duties for the field sales team (presentations, signage, sell sheets, displays, etc.)
• Development of POS and other promotional materials
• Keep POS needs updated, including uploads to Distributor support site.
• Manage inventory levels of promotional materials with Warehouse manager and repurchase as necessary.
• Negotiating with our suppliers, purchase of promotional materials, and creation of purchase orders
• Moderate consumer questions/etc. through our brand emails
• Research audience demographic info and flavor trends to help shape marketing plans.
• Willingness to collaborate and participate in all team efforts where needed.

Requirements:

The candidate must have:

• Associate degree in marketing/communications.
• Between 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or related areas (preferably in the beverage industry) and familiar with a variety of communication concepts, practices and procedures.
• Very strong language skills both oral and written in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving industry while juggling multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Creative Software (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
• Beverage experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
