MAG Industries Ltd is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our brands, services, and product lines across diverse markets and channels. Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm, develop, and implement innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into consumer needs and preferences, ensuring our marketing efforts are well-informed.
• Create compelling and visually appealing promotional materials, including graphics, blog posts, social media content, and more.
• Coordinate brand awareness initiatives and marketing activities while adhering to strict branding and style guidelines.
• Assist in both outbound and inbound marketing activities, utilizing your expertise in content development, advertising, events planning, and more.
• Engage with external vendors to successfully execute promotional events and campaigns.
• Generate interdepartmental communications, prepare data reports in a clear format, and develop surveys and questionnaires to gauge the impact of marketing efforts.
• Compile monthly, quarterly, annual, and project-based reports to measure campaign effectiveness and track progress.
• Set up and manage tracking systems to monitor the performance of various marketing activities.
• Collaborate on internal communication campaigns to facilitate the distribution of key information.
• Develop and proofread original copy for social media platforms, websites, and printed advertising materials.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics and metrics, making data-driven improvements as needed.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, market research, and campaign development.
• Familiarity with analytics and metrics to measure and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in a marketing role or relevant internships is a plus.
