Marketing Director jobs in Cedar Falls, IA
Marketing Director directs marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization. Translates the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables. Being a Marketing Director oversees critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning. Utilizes technology and data to Identify changes in the competitive environment and enable responsive marketing activities. Additionally, Marketing Director develops budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Marketing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. The Finance Director is responsible for providing accounting and finance leadership for the agency. Responsibilities include:

- Managing general ledger, financial statements
- Handle relationship with bank and CPA
- Financial report development and analysis
- Cash management
- Accounting software management – site/roles security, process changes
- Budgets and budgeting
- Liability Insurance
- Office Operations (building, supplies, vendors)
A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and experience in accounting/finance and leadership are a must. CPA, preferred.
Other qualifications include:
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship building and teamwork
- Attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
