We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Director to join our team at Bladen East Health and Rehab. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our skilled nursing facility and attract new residents. You will also build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to generate referrals and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to promote our facility and services
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify target markets and create effective marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations to generate referrals
• Plan and coordinate events and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness
• Create and manage content for digital marketing channels including website, social media, and email campaigns
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaign

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care industry is preferred
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
