Position Overview: As the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing initiatives. Working closely with various departments, you will contribute to the development and implementation of impactful advertising campaigns, maintain a strong online presence, and support our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the marketing strategy.
2. Design and write compelling print, radio, and digital advertisements, tracking their effectiveness.
3. Develop and execute advertising campaigns tailored to seasonal priorities.
4. Maintain and update the marketing and advertising budget.
5. Implement and refine the organization's social media strategy.
6. Create and update all email marketing communications, including newsletters and event emails.
7. Author engaging blog posts for the website and articles for the Price List.
8. Assist in the creation of the Yearly Price List.
9. Manage logistics for Trade Shows and Conferences, including registration and travel.
10. Organize and manage the company calendar, mailing list, and memberships.
11. Maintain all promotional materials.
12. Assist in planning and coordinating special events/activities, including the Grass Tour.
13. Provide support for sales and customer service efforts.
14. Prepare presentation materials for off-site meetings and speaking engagements.
15. Provide administrative support with letters, reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
16. Undertake other duties as assigned.
