Hometown Realty, LLC is hiring immediately for an experienced, qualified Marketing Assistant.

Overall Responsibilities
This position is responsible for assisting with the marketing/multimedia for our Real Estate properties and client relations. The candidate will assist in shooting and editing photos and videos; help maintain websites, research and development of new marketing ads on Google, Facebook, and various other platforms. The candidate will assist in the production of other marketing materials both digital and print. Must be a team player with the desire to take on tasks and exceed provided goals. The job will also include posting and planning content on multiple Social Media platforms. The applicant will be in a team setting on all marketing and brand awareness as well as client management for the company and the Broker Ryan Coleman.
Requirements

• Minimum: Must have at least 2 years of previous shooting and editing experience as well as experience with google PPC ads and Facebook ads manager
• Ability to operate a Mac and Windows computer
• Strong knowledge regarding set-up, framing, and lighting video shoots
• Strong knowledge of the Adobe CS6 suite, especially Lightroom, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Able to conduct themselves appropriately in a corporate environment
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to perform light manual labor
• Ability to think creatively
• Strong organizational skills
• Some travel in Knoxville DMA

Company Car available for job site visits.

* Website management, CRM experience, and previous use of the Matterport system would be an advantage.

* Position requires someone that moves at a fast pace and is a problem solver. Slow pace will not make it here.
