Good Foods is seeking to fill our Marketing Director position. The Marketing Director is an integral part of our executive leadership team and leads efforts to promote the Co-op, both in-store, online and in the community, as a healthy, attractive, vibrant community hub. This person should have the relevant experience and the vision to create strong marketing plans that connect our business needs with the needs of our customers. We are looking for someone who can help attract new customers, drive greater loyalty, and build the overall equity of our brands. In an increasingly competitive grocery landscape, we need someone who can articulate our compelling point of difference and reach our likely consumers in the right channels. In this important role, we need a leader who can flex between big picture strategic thinking and rolling up sleeves to get things done. This person should also have the energy, positivity and influence to work well with other leaders on the management team and to inspire and lead the marketing team.
Starting pay: $48,000 – $52,000/ Annually
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for the Co-op's benefit package after 90 days of continuous full-time employment. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance, Paid Vacation Time, A Staff Discount and 401K matching after 1 year of employment.
