Marketing Director directs marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization. Translates the overall marketing vision into integrated business plans, tactics, projects, and deliverables. Being a Marketing Director oversees critical marketing functions, including market research, communications, and product planning. Utilizes technology and data to Identify changes in the competitive environment and enable responsive marketing activities. Additionally, Marketing Director develops budgets, resources, and teams to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Marketing Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Marketing Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Marketing Responsibilities
     Create a monthly Marketing business plan.
     Submit weekly objectives to Executive Leadership for review.
     Coordinate regular communication with all staff members on Marketing efforts.
     Maintain an open & flexible schedule to work any daypart in conjunction with
    business needs.
     Work in any position, as needed, to satisfy business needs.
     Supervise all social media accounts.
     Ensure local marketing aligns with corporate brand standards.
     Actively pursue relationships with businesses, churches & schools within the
    community.
     Create and share ways Chick-fil-A Stapley can inspire care in the community.
     Supervise all catering orders for proper execution.
     Communicate effectively, share ideas, & take a positive approach to all
    situations.
     Coordinate In-Restaurant Events.
     Ensure the Cow is present at local events.
     Demonstrate a full understanding of Spotlight and utilization of its functions.
     Hold all team members accountable to all policy standards. For example:
    timeliness, grooming, cell phone use, uniforms etc.
     Ensure disciplinary action is administered fairly and consistently.

    Success Measurements
    We will know the Director of Marketing is successful upon attaining the following:
     100% of staff members can recite the company Purpose, Mission and Values.
     100% of staff know and can speak to current & upcoming promotions.
     Catering revenue is up 50% YOY.
     Social media followers and engagements increase month over month.
     Product promotions exceed set sales budgets.
     Monthly marketing budget is not exceeded.
     Growth in customer base within our Spotlight
     Staff retention is 55%
