Job Description

• The primary focus of the Marketing Director includes planning, budgeting, project management, execution and measurement of integrated marketing and communication efforts for Citizens 1st National Bank.
• Identify avenues to enhance bank products and services within all markets to grow the customer base.
• Develop and implement long and short-term strategic marketing and media plans for Citizens 1st National Bank and its product offerings. Understand the needs of a diverse market footprint by looking through the lens of the customer, employee culture and the community to ensure relevancy and uniformity in company brand, voice and messaging.
• Lead the execution of Citizens 1st National Bank’s marketing strategy through all internal and external communications activities while ensuring they meet the quality standards and image consistent with the bank’s mission and vision. This includes brand image, public releases and relations, campaigns, website content, social media, and attending various public events.
• Be a hands-on leader, taking on full ownership throughout every aspect of the marketing director role.

Qualifications

• This individual should be a strategic thinker who is highly collaborative, creative, and able to lead people and processes from plan conception through implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment with the ability to build/maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
• High level of maturity and stability with an "optimistic" approach.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customer relationships.
