Marketing I.S. Manager supports sales and marketing initiatives/objectives by designing, implementing, and administering electronic data information systems. Stays abreast of new technologies and changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization. Being a Marketing I.S. Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Marketing I.S. Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Responsibilities:
- Hire, manage, and train your own door to door sales team
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers
- Set and manage expectations for your team
- Closing sales and completing all necessary paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in sales and leadership
- Pass a background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and self motivated attitude
- Have a current driver license
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
