Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials
- Oversee social media marketing efforts and engage with customers on social platforms
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Manage website content updates using WordPress or similar platforms
- Coordinate print advertising campaigns and track their effectiveness
- Analyze marketing data and provide insights to optimize Ad performance

-Create blogs and include identifying topics that customers care about

-Create visuals and messaging that is consistent with The Homestead brand- infographics, videos, and photography

-Develop influencer connections to increase marketing strategy

-Manage SEO

-Networking

Skills:
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and sales
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Proficient in social media marketing and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools for campaign management
- Experience managing website content using WordPress or similar platforms
- Knowledge of print advertising best practices
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

-Strong skills in organization and presentation
