Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our amazing Marketing Team!.
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Clinic Operations and Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for conducting and assisting with oversight of the hospital’s marketing activities. This position will lead development of marketing strategy, oversee graphic design continuity, control budget and allocate resources amongst projects, grow the marketing department by identifying revenue opportunities and collaborate with the business team to uncover insights for developing marketing branding strategies. The Marketing Manager will produce ideas for promotional events/activities and conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements. This position is the organization’s marketing agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships. This position will work closely with the departments and leaders to provide a full spectrum of marketing services. The Marketing Manager will need to project a professional demeanor and appearance. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
