    Our Junior Sales & Marketing Manager works with the customer support and sales teams. They will be accountable for establishing best practices and refining processes that exhibit marketing objectives and overall sales margins. 

    Responsibilities of the Junior Sales & Marketing Manager:

    • Contacting and engaging community to develop new business and maintaining current relationships
    • Answer questions regarding order status, payment, product, promotions, technical problems related to the customer experience
    • Displays active listening skills, perceives emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizes with customers to enhance an overall positive experience
    • Gain product and service knowledge by attending client team meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and marketing products updates
    • Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Driving sales through promotional campaigns

    What We Are Looking For in a Junior Sales & Marketing Manager:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or similar concentrations
    • A consistent overachiever with a drive for perfection 
    • Produces results in both a team or individual setting
    • Must be able to work full-time hours and have weekend availability
    • Able to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks outside of the home branch for learning and networking purposes
    • Patience, empathy, and passion for people
    • Confidence and public speaking skills
