Rich Ventures Marketing was started with a goal to help small business owners/managers focus on their business instead of keeping up with marketing - we handle all of your social media execution and management, website management, other paid ads management (at an additional low cost) for as low as $999/mo with an annual commitment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing agency team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and achieve business objectives on behalf of a book of 10-15 customers. The Marketing Manager will also manage the "Marketing Execution" team to ensure that tasks associated to the assigned customers are completed properly and on-time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, sales, performance marketing, social media marketing, advertising, product management, content marketing, e-commerce, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet business goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation
- Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results
- Manage product launches and promotional activities
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective sales enablement materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience at a marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Proficient in performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
