Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role is integral to our team, providing support to various accounts and projects, and ensuring efficient management of our day-to-day administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and order office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available and stocked.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and financial record-keeping.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and managing correspondence.
• Provide support to the marketing team with various accounts and projects as needed.
• Maintain and update financial and administrative records accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage office resources effectively.
• Assist in the preparation of budget reports and financial statements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
