Job Summary and Responsibilities:
The marketing manager will oversee the day-to-day marketing department duties and activities. Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights for developing marketing and branding strategies for existing and new patients. Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for marketing research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 Years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ophthalmology or healthcare industry preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
None Required
Education:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategy to drive marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives to attract new patients and drive patient engagement.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Manage the company's online presence, including websites content, search engine optimization (SEC), and social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Manage relationships with vendors that support marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including physicians, operations team, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and manage marketing budget, forecasts, and ROI analysis to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return of investment.
- Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the services offered.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance brand visibility within the community.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influences stakeholders at all levels.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
