Overview

Brook & york is seeking experienced Wholesale Marketing Manager to join our growing and dynamic team! We provide high quality pieces for our customers nationwide. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has positioned us as a prominent player in the industry, and we are seeking a talent individual to focus on wholesale business, merchandising, and various marketing responsibilities across the organization. This role will also assist with data analyzation, reporting, and graphic design! Reporting to the Director of Merchandising as well as the CEO, you will collaborate cross functionally with various teams including merchandising, sales and creative to execute impactful initiatives that align with our brand vision and business objectives

What You’ll Do

• Create visually appealing and compelling graphics, layouts and designs for various digital channels across brook & york and Eve’s Addiction
• Develop comprehensive wholesale marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing wholesale partners while actively seeking new partnerships opportunities.
• Understand competitive landscape and stay up to date with industry market trends and best practices in wholesale marketing
• Manage constant flow of new product setup and integration
• Support the marketing and merchandising team with daily administrative functions to ensure all business needs are met
• Assist Marketing team in creating, updating, and analyzing comprehensive reports based off data driven findings and research
• Assist with entering and understanding data, submitting orders and creating reports for the wholesale and marketing team.
• Screen phone calls, answer inquiries, and communicate pertinent information to the merchant team.
• Willing to work closely with the merchandising team to prepare for photoshoots and potential to travel to photoshoots and tradeshows
• Comfortable presenting key insights and recommendations to senior management
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively and consistently

Who You Are

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, merchandising, creative, or related field
• Outgoing, energetic, and dynamic professional! You will be the primary point of contact for accounts as well as vendors providing high end customer service as well as identifying new areas of opportunity to grow our business
• Sales focused mindset that enjoys cultivating partnerships and as well as professional relationships in the industry
• Self motivated, and detail oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to multitask across multiple projects at any given time, while simultaneously meeting deadlines
• Skilled experience with Adobe Creative Suite as well as Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
• 5 years of hands on Merchandising Experience
• Effective Communicator: You possess strong communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain trust and respect
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with all corporate departments including creative, marketing, and merchandising!

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
