    The Role:

    As the Product Marketing Manager for B2B Solutions, you will have your finger on the pulse of the latest product & alliance features, product positioning, and campaign and field needs. Using this information, you’ll build narratives, articulate strategic priorities, and create inclusive written and multimedia content for commercial teams at all levels of the marketing funnel that showcase the unique and compelling value of our products and partnerships.

    As a cross-functional partner, you’ll maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within the Logitech for Business marketing group as well as stakeholders throughout the business group and within Logitech’s Global Commercial Organization from campaign marketers, to regional marketing, sales, to solution engineers. Your aim is to effectively equip commercial teams with the Solution-oriented material they need for lead generation and deal closing while actively seeking feedback to ensure content relevancy.

    The Solutions Marketer should excel in team-based collaboration, have a demonstrated track record of working quickly, thinking strategically, possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and quickly transition between projects.

    In this role you will:

    • Develop and execute solution-level marketing initiatives, including portfolio-level narratives, industry guides, solution guides, and related materials.

    • Prioritize and implement content strategies, covering software updates, partner features, and related materials.

    • Evaluate competitor products, portfolios, and solutions to create internal content highlighting Logitech’s unique advantages for team education.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional customer-facing teams to create product guides, getting started guides, and educational materials tailored for both existing and potential customers.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional alliance teams to refine alliance strategy, understand go-to-market priorities, and create collateral and content for partner updates and features.

    • Create content across various mediums, including videos, slide decks, white papers, and articles.

    • Ensure effective communication through various channels, both internal and external.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Self-starter. Identifies issues, opportunities, and needs on their own; takes initiative, builds plans and executes without constant direction.

    • Perseverance. Able to work with different stakeholders, juggle a variety of priorities and get projects to the finish line.

    • Interest in technology and hardware. A keen fascination with productivity technology, encompassing the hardware/devices, technical components, features, and software

    • Storytelling. A narrator that can tell the story of how our products solve problems and evolve the workplace.

      • Excellent writing ability. Demonstrated track record of short form and long form content.

      • Excellent verbal communication & presentation skills both during meetings and on camera.

    • Strong understanding of product positioning and strategic marketing principles.

    • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

    • Demonstrated success in thinking strategically and adapting to changing priorities.

    • Able to commute to the Logitech Irvine office ~2 days a week.

    • Solid foundation in fast-paced work (does not need to be tech, does not need to be marketing), demonstrated by a track record of professional growth and achievements.

    This position offers an annual salary between $ 102K and $ 130K, depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills
