Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
The successful candidate will be a creative thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. This individual will work closely with the dealership's leadership team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the efficient execution of offline (retail environment, advertising, event), online (website, digital, social), and communications (internal and external, including public relations) that create excitement and drive the business performance. They will manage budgets, track and analyze campaign performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. This leader will also manage, develop, and train their team of direct reports.
This leadership role requires strong communication, project management, and team-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing principles and trends.
