As an Entry Level Marketing Manager with our company you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company and clients’ image and driving the success. We are looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to fill our Entry Level Marketing Manager position. The Entry Level Marketing Manager will collaborate with the Senior Marketing & Sales Manager to enhance our marketing strategies. The Entry Level Marketing Manager should be knowledgeable of marketing strategies & prospective business leads. 

Responsibilities of an Entry Level Marketing Manager: 

• Develop resources to contribute to the marketing campaigns and educate prospective customers regarding client products and services that best fit their needs
• Track & evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns as well as the marketing department staff
• Assist Senior Marketing Managers with the coordination of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness 
• Track performance metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness and report to senior marketing and sales managers to adjust future marketing proposals 
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales managers to prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual marketing and sales budgets
• Train & develop new hires in all aspects of marketing and client knowledge as needed

Requirements of an Entry Level Marketing Manager: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience in a marketing, sales, management or a customer faced role 
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to delegate tasks & oversee a team 
• Solution oriented & creative thinking skills
• Ability to travel within a 10 mile radius of the office to marketing campaigns
