Job Summary:
The Marketing and Admin Specialist is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of marketing strategies in line with company objectives. The Marketing and Admin Specialist will also be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks for the Company.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies in line with the company’s objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and website
• Develop and maintain effective marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items
• Assist in the planning and execution of events and conferences
• Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI
• Conduct market research to support decision-making and provide insights into customer preferences
• Provide support for other departments as needed
• Manage various administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, and processing invoices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing and/or administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with marketing tools such as MailChimp, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
