We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and executing upscale digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms. Some of the major responsibilities will be:
· Collaborate with management to develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to our target audience and business objectives.
· Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Houzz, Google, etc.) to engage with our audience and foster community interaction.
· Create compelling visual and written content for social media posts, website banners, digital advertisements, and email campaigns.
· Utilize photography and videography skills to produce high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.
· Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience.
· Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
· Upload and tag content with appropriate metatags for effective searching tools.
· Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaign effectiveness.
· Assist in the development of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to reach and convert potential customers.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategy and execution.
Our requirements to be successful in this position are:
· 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop & Lightroom.
· Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Excellent understanding of social media platforms and experience managing accounts for business purposes, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Houzz, and Google.
· Exceptional photography and videography skills.
· Knowledge of email marketing platforms and experience creating effective email campaigns.
· Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
