Role Description-This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enrollment Specialist located in Southfield, MI. The role primarily involves communication with clients, conducting credentialing and enrollment processes, providing customer service, and enrolling customers to an energy company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in credentialing and enrollment processes.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and insurance plans
• Excellent customer service skills

Potential candidates should possess the skills and qualifications listed above. Other beneficial skills include attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

HDR is looking for full time and part time enrollment specialist to enroll energy customers into the Free Energy protection program offered through Detroit energy programs.

Requirements:

Must be 18

Able to pass background check

Vehicle Preferred but not required

Experience preferred but not required
